The road to recovery from trauma can be arduous, but you don’t have to travel it alone. I specialize in treating individual adults with trauma of all kinds, big and small. At a pace that feels right for you, we'll collaborate on the best path forward to address both the traumatic event and its impact on your mental and physical health, your relationships and your ability to trust and feel safe again.

Whether you experienced trauma many years ago or in the recent past, we can begin to work through it. I work with traumas of all kinds; physical, sexual, emotional, relational, medical, racial or single incident traumas such as an accident or injury. I collaborate with my clients to create a personalized path out of post-traumatic stress and into post-traumatic growth.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (CA #19561). I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stanford University and earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Irvine.
​I am a Level I trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) or “Parts Work” therapist, a modality that helps clients better understand and manage their internal worlds. I completed a three year training in Somatic Experiencing, a body-centered therapy that helps clients regulate their nervous systems, get unstuck and reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom and ability to heal. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a rapid and effective method for processing traumatic memories.
